Originally intended as an experiment and posted as a Facebook Status to probe any interests in Lists, The Top 3 Cheeses of All-Time provoked a strong response from friends. Here were some choice quotes:

“In no particular order: goat, triple-cream brie, a good sharp cheddar (muenster is a close runner-up)…“

“I think you should include Chedder in that mix, it’s so delicious!“
